Our account managers are experienced business people. They have the knowledge and authority to make key decisions that will benefit you.
All
our Account Managers have been in the Stationery industry for a long
period of time and have vast experience of all types of companies and
corporations.
An internal system support and customer service
team, who are very experienced in handling accounts, assist our Account
Managers. They will be fully briefed on all aspects of the service
required, together with the service level agreement and key performance
indicators by which our service will be judged.
Regular meetings
will be agreed, at which time a review of our performance against the
contract will take place. This will include a review of further cost
reduction improvements to ensure on-going achievement of our mutual
objectives.
